Science – Group A2
In Science A2, students will become more independent in asking questions related to the topics they study. They will provide more input into the labs and activities that are conducted. Students could suggest compounds to combine in a chemistry lab that they predict would cause a reaction. After performing an introductory lab, they would propose follow up lab ideas to explore how changing one variable impacts another. Students will explore the connections between math and science as they interpret data from activities. An example would be calculating the speed of an object during a physics lab by using an equation.
