Yoga

In yoga, students learn mindfulness through movement and how to find calmness in their day by using breathing techniques. They are also taught the importance of being able to find their quiet time and space throughout the day (meditation). Students begin class with a journaling question that will help them to focus on building strength, confidence, relaxation, self-love, and patience. Class is then themed with certain postures and movements basedĀ from that journaling question.
