Pack your picnic, chairs, pop-up tent, and favorite beverages, then settle in for a relaxing evening under the summer sky. Browse our Wine & Spirit Pull and Gift Card Drawing while enjoying the excitement of live polo.
Every ticket helps support Midwest Academy and bridges the nearly $8,000 gap between tuition and the actual cost of educating each student. Your attendance directly impacts students with learning differences by providing the individualized education and support they need to thrive.

- Admission: $40 per car (everyone in the vehicle is admitted)

WHAT ARE FALL FEST & King Artie’s Carnival?
Monte Carlo Night and Fall Fest are our signature fundraising events at Midwest Academy.
Artie’s Winter Carnival is one of Midwest Academy’s favorite family traditions, bringing together students, families, alumni, and friends for an evening of winter fun. Guests enjoy carnival games, prizes, festive activities, food, raffles, and entertainment while celebrating our school community. Every ticket and activity helps raise funds for financial assistance, ensuring Midwest Academy students have the resources they need to thrive.
Fall Fest is a family-friendly event that brings together our entire school community for a day of festive activities. Enjoy the haunted trail, games, food, and a silent auction, all while supporting Midwest Academy. Both events play a crucial role in raising funds for financial assistance and ensuring our students have the resources they need to succeed.
HISTORY & PURPOSE
Fundraising events were created when Midwest families wanted to provide a way for families with financial limitations to send their children to Midwest. Since then, over $1 million has been raised for our scholarship fund to assist students with the greatest financial need, as well as raise dollars for specific programs and projects. Over 30 percent of our students receive some form of financial assistance from this fund each year.
Sponsoring our events is a wonderful way to publicly show your support and commitment to educating our students with learning style differences. Your support helps make the cost of attending our school more affordable for families with financial limitations.

The time and talent of numerous volunteers are needed for the following:
- Identifying auction item contributors and sponsors
- Soliciting event supporters by mail, email, phone, and/or in person
- Organizing and maintaining an ongoing inventory of auction items and supplies
- Picking up and/or storing auction items and supplies
- Preparing auction baskets
- Data entry, completing forms, administrative help
- Addressing invitations
- Volunteering at the event
- Delivering auction item receipts at the event
